Chocolate maker: Codinha Chocolate
Codinha Chocolate knows how to do delish. Founded by Tina Codinha, who studied under master chefs Jacques Torres and Melissa Coppel, and practiced the art of the world’s most beloved food in the pastry kitchens of the top hotels in Las Vegas, Codinha combines “French techniques with Filipino flair.” The company believes that “eating chocolate leads to happiness.”
I would not dare disagree.

Awards: Codinha entered two of its bars in the 2022 Chocolate Bar Awards. The Tiger Bar’s namesake feline energy hunted down multiple awards:
Gold in the Most Unique and Best Bar Design & Art (non packaging) categories
Silver in the Best Flavored Chocolate Bar category
Bronze in the Best Ingredient Combinations and Best Chocolate Bar categories
Honorable Mentions in the Best Taste and Best Texture categories (disagree with “best taste” but thumbs up for “best texture”)
