LOL. Well, okay...Ghirardelli is good, but so is Nestle. I bought an off-brand once to make fudge and it wouldn't melt! I ended up with a watery, gritty mess that wasn't even close to chocolate. So now I stick to the tried and true.

I'm loving this tour, Brigitte! Such a fun idea to pair a writer with chocolate each day. And, it's always a thrill to see one of my chocolate students' work enjoyed and highlighted: Fjak is a true gift to the craft chocolate world!

I've wanted that more than anything—for people to enjoy the tour. So many have written in to say how much they're loving it. And how amazingly close knit the chocolate world is! Now I must know, did you have a hand in this drinking chocolate??

Same! What a pleasant surprise, after watching the sharp decline of dialogue on social media, to have not only meaningful conversations, but legitimate HELPFUL connections here has been a real differentiator.
