I forget sometimes how lovely it is to have people you’ve never met—but especially those you have—say nice things about a book you spent time researching and writing. It really is lovely. It feels the way holding a porcelain cup of hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows floating in it, sprinkled with cinnamon, feels on a rainy night.
So here I share with you a slow-motion waterfall of hot chocolate and marshmallows. Enjoy. And if you are a book reviewer or a journalist, or you just want to say hello, I’m but an email away.
